Cheese Refinery

Paroles de Fromagers is a unique concept: a space in Paris where you can make, mature, taste and buy the best of French cheese heritage. For the launch of their first major media campaign, Pierre and his team contacted me to take photographs of their maturing cellar, restaurant and selection of cheeses for the publication of an article in VSD magazine.
